Yes, we provide free samples, but the buyer needs to pay the shipping cost. You can T/T the money to us or provide you Express (DHL, TNT) account to us. Then we will send out in 24 hours and the buyer can receive within 3-5 days.

Basically, all prices will be quoted in FOB NINGBO. Once you place an order, you need to T/T at least 30% down payment to us, and the balance must be paid against the copy of B/L.
