3 Phase Seam Welder with Water Cooling for Transformer Panel Radiator Production

The FIVESTAR Radiator Production Line provides a comprehensive solution for the production of header-type panel radiators. Our designs combine innovative design principles, unique control features, and quality construction to make the machines straightforward, versatile, and affordable.

The Traverse Seam Welder is used for resistance welding along the header pipe side of panel end. The seam of the panels is fed between 2 larger copper welding wheels and is driven according the required speed for welding (speed depends on the material thickness). The welder changes angular position to match the profile of the panel by its matel work base at the bottom. A variable-speed motor drives the movement of welder and the weld transformer is of 3-phase balanced input giving 160-kVa capacity. The panel along the header pipe side of the panel is welded in two operations (i.e. each side of the panel separated by the neck or header pipe location).
