XPE foam is a high level of chemical cross linking with high fire retardant property. Its burning speed is less than 60mm/min and totally meet the standard of FMVSS 302. The result is semi-rigid product with a fine uniform cell structure that is suitable for use in automotive applications.

Q:  Is our XPE foam imported?
A:  Our featured XPE foam is proudly Chinese-made, although 95% of raw materials are imported from Saudi Arabia.

Q: Why is our XPE foam cheaper than other competitors?
A: Because of sales volume. We can effectively lower its prices without sacrificing quality. Sales volume gives us the leverage in negotiating raw material prices with suppliers and the edge in terms of lower overhead costs.

Q: What thickness/type of XPE foam do you recommend?  Why?
A:  3mm and 5mm. Because these two thickness give the best value for your money.

Q: What is the maximum serviceable temperature of XPE foam?
A: 92ºC.  Melting point is 110ºC.

Q: What is the life-span of our XPE foam?
A: If properly installed, XPE foam should last more than 3 years.
