Wire part
25m fourdrinier table covered with stainless steel board, closed head box made of stainless steel.
This part includes 1 pc of 650mm×3750mm×4300mm couch roll, 1 pc of 800mm×3750mm×4300mm vacuum roll, and 1 pc of 550mm×3750mm×4300mm paper leading roll.
Press part
2 sets of press rolls in large diameter. Top roll: 2 pcs of natural marble roll at 1250mm×3750mm×4300mm. Bottom roll: 2 pcs of rubber roll at 1250mm×3750mm×4300mm, rubber shore hardness 95ºC2, with pneumatic pressure device, pneumatic felt adjusting device, and electric felt tightening device.
Dryer part
