When purchasing a 3D flexible welding platform, how to distinguish the advantages and disadvantages of the platform?
1. Appearance
There are a large number of casting pores and blisters, and the surface is prone to oxidation and corrosion (even if repair welding is used, obvious traces of different colors will be seen).
2. In order to reduce costs, many 3D 2D welding table manufacturers do not perform heat treatment aging. Tables and clamping tools are easy to deform and break; the processing accuracy is uncertain, and flatness, verticality, hole spacing, etc. cannot be determined.
3. The non-working surface was not shot blasted and sand cleaned, and only simple spraying was performed, so the paint would easily fall off.
4. The surface of low-grade cast iron is not bright but dark gray (in order to reduce the cost, HT100-150 inferior material is used).
5. The panel thickness of the three-dimensional flexible welding platform is insufficient (D28 system thickness is 25mm/D16 system thickness is 12mm) and the thickness is uneven; the ribs on the back are few and thin, rough and unclean!
