Working Principle

 

  1. The cutter and transmission -- adopt a single knife structure. Through the vacuum action of the vacuum pump, absorb the label from the traction part, turn to the cutter to be cut off, and have compressed air to auxiliary blow the subsequent part of the label, and smoothly transfer from the cutter drum to the labeled drum. The mechanical part of this mechanism is strong and durable, and the life of the small noise vibration blade is long.
  2. Traction and transmission -- The traction roller is driven by the motor, and the traction roller is compacted by the thread. The label is passed by the middle of the pressing roller and the traction roller, and the control system controls the servo motor to achieve the purpose of traction and controlling the length of the label. This organization is stable for the supply of the label.
  3. glue adhesive and soluble machine -- When working, the cylinder pushes the adhesive mechanism to fit the adhesive roller and the labeling drum, meantime, the glue soluble machine melts the glue to the required state and temperature, Constant pressure (uniform) supplies the adhesive coating mechanism in constant pressure (evenly), the adhesive roller evenly rolls the adhesive on both ends of the label. This mechanism is coated with glue evenly, save the glue.
