Product Description

The thick plate three-in-one feeder is composed of the unwinding rack, the leveling machine, and the feeder, which can reduce the error during feeding and leveling to reach high-precision requirements-convenient and space-saving.
1. High-precision feeding: The three-in-one feeder adopts Mitsubishi PLC with a Japanese imported servo motor and supporting drivers to achieve stable and high-precision feeding, with an accuracy of up to 0.15mm.
2. Space-saving: The three-in-one leveling feeder has the functions of unwinding, leveling, and feeding together. There is no need to equip another leveling machine and material rack. The main features are space-saving and reducing the area.
3. Easy loading and easy unloading: Equipped with a loading trolley(Optional) -safely and smoothly move the material to the expansion and contraction structure of the uncoiler spindle, which is used to hold the material during uncoil, so that the material belt can smoothly enter the leveling machine.
4. Multi-functions: The three-in-one feeder for thick plates can be customized to multi-stage feeding according to customer needs, and each group provides 999 stamping times.

1. Coil width guide: located on the upper left & right of the uncoiler (double limit wheel), unpowered, can be rotated along with any external force, for preventing the coil of sideslip while uncoiling. Two limit wheels can be discretionary adjusted, driven by a hand wheel and gear.
2. Coil press arm: keeps pressing on the sheet metal while feeding, and prevents the coil from loosening. The wheel of the press arm is coated with PU, which wouldn't scratch the surface of a metal strip.
3. Hydraulic mandrel support arm: when the width of the coil is very long, it is necessary to use this arm to support the spindle to Share weight on the mandrel.
4. Coil loading car: be used for loading the coil into the mandrel of the uncoiler smoothly, saving downtime and labor.

High Degree of Flatness

Combining the power of the heavy-duty HL unit with the straightening performance of 11 work rolls ( 6 uppers and 5 lower ), the HL unit gives the material a high degree of flatness to the materials from up to 6.0mm thick

Geared Motor with Inverter Control

Geared Motor with Inverter Control allows the feed speed to change easily, and a direct drive mechanism without a chain and precision gear has been adopted. These features create maximum smoothness of the work roll movement producing a precise end product.
