A: We provide reliable, high-quality products. Each product is carefully designed and manufactured,  100% end of line test, minimizing maintenance needs and potential risks. 
For support, please contact the local authorized dealer. In areas without a dealer, we offer remote support via Zoho Lens, our experts use AR (Augmented Reality) technology to help with troubleshooting, and repairs. 

Q: Are LeFu ESS lithium batteries safe? 
A: LeFu ESS uses LiFePO4 battery cells,  safer and more thermally stable than other lithium types. We provide comprehensive safety managements in the battery cell, BMS and inverters to avoid over charge, over discharge, over heat and over current. 

Q: Compatible brands of inverters? 
A: Work with most popular inverters through CAN or Modbus communication. If your inverter brand isn't listed, provide us with its communication protocol, and we can upgrade our system. 

Q: What is the life span for the product:  

A: Exceeding 6,000 cycles at 25°C and a 0.5C charge / discharge rate (Standard condition) 

 
Q: What's your payment conditions and terms? 
A: T/T, L/C, D/P, COD under EXW, FOB, CIF, CIP, DDU, DDP, DAP etc. 
 
Q: How about the shipment? 
A: Sample order: Sent by DHL, UPS, FedEx etc. 
  Bulk order: Ship by sea. 
 
Q: How about the delivery time ?
