Our cut off wheel are made of premium abrasives grain.Reinforced the fiberglass nets to enhance the cut-off wheel stability.Widely used for cutting all kinds of stainless steel, metal, cast iron etc.The cut off wheel features low vibration and easy handling cutting quicker and use less time to complete the work.During the work, less abrasives loss and leave smooth edge.The special resin bond holds the high performance grain features heat resistance, high tensile and elasticity.High performance grain guarantee constancy of physical & chemical parameters.Strong metal ring will not fall off from the machine during usage and won't get rusted due to the special coating on the surface.The most suitable fiberglass mesh is used and durable bond enhances the resistance to side pressure and bending,thus increasing durability.Increase the toughness,hardness and durability of cutting discs.Black Paper or Non-woven fabric in further to improve the stability of wheels.Aluminium oxide,silicon carbide,mono-crystalline fused alumina,ceramic abrasives, etc. are used in order to make them suitable for different purposes.
