COMPACT CARTRIDGE DUST COLLECTOR

The CDC Compact Cartridge Dust Collector is engineered with versatility in mind, offering customizable cartridge options to handle a variety of dust conditions. As the dusty exhaust enters the system, larger and heavier particles are immediately filtered out, settling at the bottom of the dust collection box. Meanwhile, finer, lighter particles are efficiently intercepted on the outer surface of the cartridges. Finally, only the clean air passes through to the inner wall of the cartridges, entering the clean room and being discharged by the fan.

Our advanced dust collector utilizes an innovative automatic cleaning system to maintain peak performance. The process begins with the electromagnetic valve, which opens to release compressed air through blowing pipes directly onto the cartridges. This high-pressure pulse airflow effectively dislodges dust particles from the cartridges' outer surface, ensuring comprehensive dust removal and collection in the dust collection box.
The vertical cartridge installation is a key design feature that ensures superior pulse cleaning efficiency and prevents secondary dust accumulation, promoting a cleaner and more efficient working environment.
