PURPOSE
JT3C is of higher precision measurement instrument, which is unified with optic, machine and electron. Vertical light path is adopted so that it is expedient to inspect small-piece. A large worktable is adopted, which has a large measuring range and load. The worktable is fit up Linear Scale and within CD two dimension measuring system.
