The extraction tank is mainly used for the normal pressure and low pressure water frying, warm soaking, hot reflux, forced circulation, percolation, aromatic oil extraction and organic solvent recovery of traditional Chinese medicine, plants and animals.
Optional parts
The extraction tank can be equipped with condenser, cooler, oil-water separator, foam catcher, filter and liquid medicine pump. The oil-water separator is mainly used for alcohol extraction and oil collection operation. According to the process needs of customers, the mechanical mixing device can be configured in the extraction tank to drive the movement of raw materials during the extraction process, speed up the mixing, effectively prevent the liquid medicine with small specific gravity from floating on the upper surface of the solvent and infiltrating insufficiently, improve the extraction effect and shorten the extraction time.
working principle
