So it is easy for users to pack and unpack the column with different kinds of packing materials from 5um to 50um. Comparing with traditional prepacked preparative column, DAC columns always have better column efficiency and stable column bed.
FAST: Column packing time is short, and there is no need to reassemble the column when packing the column, so it can avoid the rebound of the column bed when the traditional prepacked chromatographic column is removed.
STABLE: the piston head is always in contact with the column bed, and the loading pressure is kept, so as to avoid the problem of the collapse of column bed after the use of traditional chromatographic column, and prolong the service life.
EXPLOSION-PROOF: Do not use electrical parts (optional explosion-proof motor), can be used in explosion -proof area.
SAFE: we optimize the design of the hydraulic, gentle output pressure, falling at a constant speed hydraulic cylinder, avoid the impact of intermittent pneumatic hydraulic amplifier output, protection packing material and avoid the impact of the equipment on the ground.

The piping layout is simple, highly integrated, the integrity is better, and it is more convenient to dismantle and assemble the column.

You can choose to use two kinds of pneumatic or electric power source.
