1. The structure of the bed body and bed legs and other accessories is made of HT300 cast iron, which is cast in one go. The outer body of the power head is cast in HT600, which is subjected to three aging treatments according to the process.
2. Scope of application: Suitable for processing 1/8-1 "inner yellow copper products, lead-free copper products, mainly suitable for processing products with both ends (such as ball valve caps)
3. Power head layout: right: boring, top feeding mechanism, tapping
Left: Boring and tapping (can be combined freely according to different products)
4. Power head motion mode: servo feed can be selected according to customer needs (servo can choose thread picking method to process products)
5. Workbench motion mode: servo 6-split turntable (1/6 split for about 1 second)
6. Fixture clamping method: hydraulic bidirectional synchronous clamp
7. Loading/unloading method: manual loading and unloading (simple robotic arm) (robot visual imaging for loading and unloading)
