A: Yes, we have strictly quality control- CQC, ROHS, SASO. Every step in the production process must 

pass quality control inspections. From raw materials to final production and packing, every stage is 

inspected to make sure it meets your requirements. Inspection with every sections and reports offered 

during the whole production and 100% grantee quality before shipment. 

Q: What are the payment terms and conditions? 

A: We do require 30% payment to commence production and 70% payment to release goods for 

shipping(it's up to different order and countries).

Q: Can you make custom produce? 

A: Yes. We have our own professional R&D department. We can develop the new product as your 

artwork or ideas.

Q: Can Pro Production Solutions do large scale production ? 

A: Pro Production Solutions specialize in large and small scale production ranging from 6000+ 

pieces per style, down to 100 pieces.

Q: What is your MOQ and delivery time?

A: MOQ is according to the size the value of the produce. Lead Time: Normally we need 3- 6 weeks

to finish the complete product productions (it's up to different products).
