This kit (BW-MR6536) is designed for the extraction and purification of viral DNA (e.g. African swine fever virus (ASFV), hepatitis B virus (HBV), Herpes simplex virus (HSV), Human papilloma virus (HPV), etc.) or viral RNA (e.g. influenza virus, HIV, etc.) from serum, plasma, virus culture, swab sample, tissue homogenization solution, cerebrospinal fluid, bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and so on. This kit is compatible with BEIWO BW Express 16, Allsheng Auto-Pure 32A and other similar nucleic acid purification systems.

Test Principle
During the nucleic acid extraction process, the magnetic bead adsorption principle is used to adsorb, transfer, and purify nucleic acids through special magnetic beads to automatically complete the nucleic acid extraction.

Automatic extraction of viral DNA (e.g. African swine fever virus (ASFV), hepatitis B virus (HBV), Herpes simplex virus (HSV), Human papilloma virus (HPV), etc.) or viral RNA (e.g. influenza virus, HIV, etc.) from serum, plasma, virus culture, swab sample, tissue homogenization solution, cerebrospinal fluid, bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and so on.

Features
This kit can extract viral nucleic acid from a variety of samples without adding proteinase K in the extraction process, which can greatly save manual operation time. This kit is CE certified.

Important Notes
According to the hazard of pathogenic microorganisms, select the experimental environment that meets the requirements of the corresponding biosafety level for operation. Appropriate personal protective equipment should be worn during the experimental operation, such as protective clothing, experimental clothing, gloves, goggles, etc.

Storage and Stability
4-28,avoid direct sunlight. Freezing is prohibited. The kit should be stored dry and at room temperature (15~25°C). They can be stored for at least 12 months without showing any significant reduction in performance, capacity, or quality of separation.
