1.Why we need fruit and vegetable ultrasonic cleaning machine?

Vegetables from the farm to the table goes a long way. Before packing and after harvesting from the field, vegetables must be processed. Thousands of tons of vegetables is muddy and must be cleaned. In the world exist different ways of washing, or cleaning. Most of cleaning process is focus on washing with large amount of water. With our ultrasonic bath for cleaning root vegetables it be possible to have the same effect without water spending.
 

According to scientific test, ultrasonic cleaner can remove 98.9% farm chemical from fruit and vegetable.

Ultrasonic cleaner is using ultrasonic wave for cleaning which frequency is over 20KHz. When ultrasonic wave come into water or other liquid, it will cause cavitation among water. Cavitation will cause millions of bubble rising and breaking. When bubble is breaking around furit and vegetable, high pressure will appear in the near zone which will peel the molecular level contaminant  from the fruit and vegetable including agricultual chemical.

Besides, ultrasonic cleaning will keep same intensity in every direction of fruit and vegetable.
 

(1) Fill just tap water in cleaning tank lower than MAX line.

(2) Turn degas function 5 mins to lead air out of water.(Because air will cost most energy of ultrasonic cleaner )

(3) Put your fruit and vegetable in cleaning basket and put basket in water but do not let water cover over Max line

(4)Turn on ultrasonic cleaning button and set working time from 5~20 minutes.(Exact time depends on how dirty) 

(5)When cleaning is finished, put out your basket with fruit and vegetable.

(6)Turn off all function if you need to stop cleaning and dry cleaning tank .
