Firstly, the wheels inside our extended countertop use a diameter, and rubber blocks are used to separate the guardrails from the extended countertop (peers use small wheels without rubber blocks, making it difficult to push and pull the countertop, and the paint between the guardrails is easily rubbed off)
 
Secondly, the controller wiring harness on the platform is all protected by a metal box (peers directly connected without protection)
 
Thirdly, the hinge of the platform door adopts thickened and elastic compression springs (similar to using simple hinges without elasticity)
 
Fourth: The oil cylinder adopts Wuxi Yida (imported joint venture) and is equipped with a dust ring (dust, water, and sharp objects will not enter), while peers use Hebei's, which has very poor quality
Fifth: The arm frame is made of Q355B manganese steel, with an actual thickness of 5mm, which directly affects the stability of the lifting (peers use Q345, with a thickness of 4.75mm)
Sixth: The sales shaft is processed using the 40CRQBQ process, and carbon fiber wear-resistant sleeves are used between each shaft and the shaft sleeve, making the lifting and lowering smoother and the service life longer (the same industry directly uses the shaft and shaft sleeve, which may cause excessive clearance if used for a long time or frequently).
