STRUCTURE • Featuring a coupling connection type where strength equals or surpasses that of the pipe body. • Enhanced buttress thread provides high efficiency and ease of processing. Sizes include 2 3/8"-2 7/8" 8 TPI, 3 1/2"-4 1/2" 6 TPI, 5" and over 5 TPI. • Our main seal employs a taper-to-taper design with a negative angle torque shoulder for superior sealing. • The reverse torque shoulder significantly boosts the connection's load-bearing capacity. • The inner wall alignment ensures seamless fluid flow. PERFORMANCE • Connection strength matches pipe body strength with a standard coupling. • Sealing effectiveness is achieved with a taper-to-taper interference seal and reinforced by a reverse angle torque shoulder, ensuring remarkable reliability. • The connection resists compression, bending, and over-torque loads due to the reverse torque shoulder. • Inner flat design minimizes turbulence and energy loss. • Anti-galling feature allows multiple assembly and disassembly.

STRUCTURE
• Our coupling design ensures critical cross-sections exceed those of the pipe body.
• Modified hook thread profile with a -4° reverse angle on the load flank and a 10° angle on the lead flank enhances tension strength and compression resistance. Available in sizes: 2 3/8"-2 7/8" 8 TPI, 3 1/2"-4 1/2" 6 TPI, 5"-7 3/4" 5 TPI, 8 5/8" up 4 TPI. • Our patented taper metal-to-metal seal system delivers outstanding gas-tight sealing under extreme conditions, such as bending and temperature loads. • A reverse angle torque shoulder provides a positive stop for precise power-tight makeup, reducing hoop stresses.
