 High Temperature Bonding NBR Drilling Pump Piston 
Product Description

The NBR piston is the main part of the hydraulic end of the mud pump and the discharge pressure of the mud pump is generated by the reciprocating linear motion of the piston assembly in the cylinder liner. Small piston- large pressure, small flow; Large piston- small pressure, large  flow. The metric pump and the imperial pump correspond to the use of male and imperial pistons. Generally ues ф170,ф160, ф150 and 6'', 6 1/'', 7'' and so on. F-800, F-1000, F-1300 and F-1600 piston general purpose, F500 piston hole smaller than other types of piston. The pistons of the British pumps F-500-F-1600 are universal. The inner hole of the F-500 piston of the metric pumps is ф25.4; The F-800-1400 piston has an inner hole of ф38.1.
 
During operation, piston reciprocate within cylinders, driven by the crankshaft or crosshead mechanism of the pump. As the piston moves backward, it creates suction that draws in drilling fluid into the cylinder. Upon forward movement, the piston pressurizes the fluid, forcing it through discharge valves into the drill string and borehole. This continuous circulation of drilling fluid helps cool the drill bit, remove cuttings, and maintain wellbore stability.
