Reamer shoe system is a casing shoe that overcomes welbore obstructions to guide casing or liners to total depth (TD). The eccentric guide nose climbs ledges and negotiates obstructions while the cutting structure reams out tight spots or obstruction in the wellbore. Compatible with all casing and liner hanger assemblies, our Reamer Shoe provides highly effective protection- against unexpected or anticipated casing and liner running problems, and has been specifically designed for potentially difficult wellbore conditions such as swelling shales, ledges and washed out areas of wellbore.
 SMOOTH BODY ELIMINATES SOLIDS BUILD UP
The smooth body design has eliminated potential areas which can trap solids and cuttings.
 
RUN WITH LOW TORQUE STM SLIDER-3HD CENTRALIZER C/W. BEVELED STOP COLLAR TO OPTIMIZE PERFORMANCE.
Freely rotating SLIDER-3HD centralizer installed with 2 heavy duty beveled Stop Collars run above and below the centralizer as per STM spacing program recommendations helps support the tool and reduces torque and drag during running operations.

Our Reamer Shoes are designed to incorporate the STM Double Plunger Valve system, providing superior erosion resistance and back-pressure holding capabilities that are rated and exceed API RP-10F INC.
