Journal Bearing Rubber Seal Roller Cone Bits
XMH series bits are O-type rubber sealed sliding bearing bits, which can withstand high WOB under normal rotating speed and can adapt to extremely soft to hard formations with different cutting structures. Their structural characteristics are as follows:

1.Adopting a sliding bearing form, the surface of the tooth palm bearing is welded with a hard alloy layer, and the tooth wheel bearing is silver plated, providing load-bearing capacity and anti bite ability;

2. The bearing O-ring is made of highly saturated Nitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR) with wear resistance and high temperature resistance. The larger sealing ring cross-section enhances the sealing adaptability;

3. Adopting a steel ball locking tooth wheel method, it is safe and reliable, and can adapt to high rotational speeds

4. The use of a new type of lubricating grease that can withstand high temperatures of 250 degrees and resist wear has improved the high-temperature resistance of the bit sealing lubrication system;

5. The inset bit adopts high-strength and high toughness hard alloy teeth, which improves the impact resistance of the teeth and reduces the rate of tooth breakage. The soft layer is inset with offset top spoon shaped teeth; Welding wear-resistant materials on the surface of steel tooth bits, optimizing the welding position and thickness of the bit teeth, and further improving the wear resistance of the bit;

6. The optimized design of the number of teeth, number of teeth, exposed tooth height, and unique alloy tooth shape fully
utilizes the cutting ability and cutting speed of the bit.
