Introduction
HT subsurface safety valve is designed for high temperature thermal production wells. The safety valve was designed with advanced metal to metal seal. High temperature resistant material, instead of the rubber material, is used as dynamic piston seal material to ensure the reliability of the product.
No rubber material is used as sealing material. 718 or high temperature stainless steel-13Cr or 718 can be chosen as body material according to well condition, to meet the requirements of the 350ºCworking environment. The only non-metallic material is the sealing material for the piston dynamic sealing, which is special high temperature resistant material. This material can work in 380ºCas extreme condition, and can work for a long time in 350ºCenvironment.
