ASME China Factory Petroleum/Crude Oil/Oil Impurities/Air Water Separator GOST

A petroleum separator is a device used to separate different components in crude oil. Its main uses include:
1. Separation of water and oil in crude oil: Crude oil often contains a large amount of water, and the oil separator can separate water and oil through gravity, reducing the water content in the crude oil.
2. Separation of gas and oil from crude oil: Crude oil also contains a certain amount of gas. The petroleum separator can separate the gas from the crude oil through pressure reduction, thus obtaining clean crude oil products.
3. Separation of impurities and oil in crude oil: Crude oil often contains suspended solid particles, precipitates, and other impurities. The oil separator can separate these impurities from the crude oil through sedimentation, making the crude oil more pure.

External surface preparation and painting as per Specification

Preservation during transportation and storage (Including Seaworthy packing for oversea manufacturer)
Internal protection from moisture: N2 Charge
All activities to meet requirements of Data Sheets, Specifications, Codes and Standards, Local Regulations
