ASME U Stamp Steam Gas Liquid Filter Water Separator

Gas-liquid separator adopts the principle of centrifugal separation and screen filtration to realize a separation device of liquid removal. It is mainly composed of cylinder, cyclone separator, high efficiency foaming net, blow down valve and other main components. It is generally installed in front of the drying device to remove part of the moisture in the air by coarse filtration, so as to reduce the working load of the drying device.

DFCTANK workshop covers an area of 30,000 square meters. The lifting capacity of a single workshop is 280 tons. There are 3000 mm * 120 mm bending machines, vertical lathes with diameter of 5000mm ,  5m*5m*20 m heat treatment furnace, and tube-tube plate automatic welding machines. Also DFC has CNC drilling machines and equipped with surfacing overlaying machines for composite plates.
