Summary
All diesel fuel injection equipment uses diesel as a lubricant to some extent. Excessive friction causes wear and tear to shorten the life of engine components such as diesel fuel injection pumps and fuel injectors. Diesel lubrication is one of the reasons. The experimental results of HFRR Lubricity Tester have a good correlation with the lubrication problems of diesel and related equipment, and can properly predict the lubricating performance of diesel.

2, The standard test steel ball, diameter 6mm, the material is AISI E-52100 steel, Rockwell hardness HRC is 58~66, surface roughness Ra<0.05 μm;
3. The standard test piece is made of round steel conforming to AISIE-52100 specification, the Vickers hardness "HV30" grade value is 190-210, and the surface roughness Ra<0.02μm;
4, HFRR Lubricity Tester is equipped with automatic temperature and humidity control device;
