Dust free products with a complete filtration up to 45µm, environment improver, health guard of operators. Lower water absorption and effective guarantee of stability and activity of CaO due to pre-dispersed masterbatch. Tack free products at room temperature (50ºC), convenience and accuracy on ingredients. Lower Mooney viscosity at lower temperature, higher quality of dispersion, no appearance of white-spot. Impurity free, blocked filter free of extrusive products, scrap rate reduction and higher productivity thanks to filtration. Wider compatibility with other elastomers.
Usage:CaO-80 is used as a moisture absorber for rubber cement, and it has the function of preventing bubble formation in vulcanized rubber products.
Binder type can be customized.Except EPDM/EVM,other binders,such as NBR,SBR,AR,ECO also can be available for.

Storage: Keep container tightly closed in a cool, well-ventilated place. The recommended max. storage life is 2 years when stored under normal conditions.
