Advanced Automatic Cleaning of Drum Magnetic Separator for Food and Feed Industry

Drum magnetic separator is ideal for the continuous removal of ferrous contamination from dry free-flow bulk materials. The magnetic drum designed to be half-magnets with nonmagnetic stainless steel jacket which divided the housing into magnetic zone and non-magnetic zone.

The ferrous metal stick to the drum due to the magnetic field when gravity materials flow go through the magnetic zone, which passed out of the magnetic field and discharged along with rotating jacket.
