The LDJ400 The LDJ400 series multi-functional tunnel boring machine is an advanced, specialized equipment designed for non-explosive tunnel excavation. Harnessing cutting-edge technology, this equipment utilizes a high-frequency hammer or breaker hammer to efficiently fracture rocks. By employing bucket teeth or drill rods to wedge the surrounding rock, it leverages the inherent gravity to naturally break through the terrain. For rocks below 40MPa, high-frequency hammers are utilized, while more robust breaking hammers are reserved for harder, less developed rocks. Equipped with both local and wireless remote control, this versatile machine is adaptable to tunnel excavations ranging from 6 to 9.5 meters in diameter. It seamlessly integrates multiple functions including high-frequency rock breaking, rapid soft soil excavation, precise contour trimming, and effective spray dust removal. Ideal for construction areas with blasting restrictions such as airports, residential zones, and wildlife reserves, it offers unparalleled flexibility. This machine is designed to meet diverse geological conditions, minimizing over- and under-excavation, and mitigating risks such as landslides.

Excavation Efficiency: Achieve comprehensive excavation efficiency of up to 50m³/h for grade IV and V surrounding rocks.

Minimal Disturbance: The non-explosive excavation method ensures minimal disturbance to the surrounding rock formations.

Precision Control: The entire machine offers precise control over movements, allowing over- and under-excavation of the contour surface to be managed within 20 centimeters.

Effective Dust Control: Equipped with a state-of-the-art dust removal spray system, this machine effectively controls dust, ensuring a safe and clean construction environment.

High-Frequency Rock Breaking: Utilizes patented three-toothed or two-toothed bases and a high-frequency breaker hammer for rapid rock breaking and strong impact force.

Remote Operation: All machine movements are remotely controlled, providing ease and flexibility for the operator to adjust positions conveniently.

Diesel-Electric Dual Power System: Supports dual power modes with diesel for emergencies and electricity for regular operations. This minimizes construction costs, eliminates exhaust emissions, and ensures minimal heat accumulation in the tunnel.

Efficient Slag Discharge: Certain models are equipped with advanced slag collection and discharge devices, boasting a capacity of 180m³/h. This capability facilitates rapid slag removal for small-section equipment without site departure.
