Real time liquid filtering can stop solder balls go back to PCBA together with liquid, very important for precise component like BGA, QFP, connectors and some very small solid flux.
Real time digital spray pressure feedback:
Liquid and water spray pressure is the same important as liquid/water/hot air temperature, wash/rinse/dry time. Need to deteft and feedback to PC and MES system.
Save up to 33% of DI water consumption each cycle:
Put the last time rinse water into DI water tank which can save up to 33% DI water consumption in each cycle.
