For the items that we have stock ,there is no limitation for MOQ, but if we do not have stocks, order normally need MOQ as 10pcs.

3. Do you give any guarantee to your products ?

Yes , we have 18months quality guarantee except for some fast moving parts ( such as filters, spark plug etc)

4. how does to control your products ?

1) We have advanced testing equipment, prolessional engineer to learn the technique and select the right factories we should cooperate

2) 50% of our cooperated factories are OE ones whoes quality have been verified by car manufacturer, and our another 40% cooperated factories are top ranking manufacturer who have strict production management on each step

3) Our QC(QUALITY CONTROL) department always check quality of each batch before cargo entering our warehouse

5. How long for delivery time after pay deposit?

 For body parts product, it generally takes 15 days for production

6. What will you do for quality complaint?

1) We will respond to customer within 24 hours.

2) Our QC will retest the same stock item, if confirmed it is of quality problem, we will make corresponding compensation.

3) In most case, we will ask our clients to take clear picture or send sample back to us, and we will make a test to clearify the problem. Finally we will give a quality report to our customer to aviod the new problem.
