1.Introduction 
CCG5000-3-1 Full-automatic Filling and Capping Machine is a combined packing machine which integrates filling and capping.
It is suitable for filling water and high viscosity materials. The whole machine is characterized by compact structure, small footprint, easy cleaning, simple operation, convenient and quick change of gauge, and can save human resources to the greatest extent.

5.Features
5.1 Widely used in agrochemicals, veterinary medicine, fine chemicals, daily chemicals, fertilizers, oils and other industries 1-5L bottle automatic filling, capping.


5.2 The electric control system of the whole machine adopts the French Schneider configuration integrated electric control system, which is more stable, reliable, safe, green and low energy consumption.


5.3 JINWANG adopts PLC programming control, servo motor-driven synchronous belt + transmission stable double screw lifting mechanism, which ensures high precision of piston movement stroke and realizes accurate filling. The synchronous belt adopts embedded metal steel wire which will not break.
At present, foreign first-class packaging manufacturers are using this structure. Compared with similar products on the market, the use of ordinary motor + encoder, chain drive structure after a long time of use, the chain has a stretch, affecting the filling accuracy and equipment stability.


5.4 Adopting special cap grabber to grab the cap, the capping torque is adjustable. Wear-resistant rubber is designed on the inside of the gripper, which can effectively prevent the injury of the cap during the capping process.
