Air Slide with PE Material

The air slide is made of high-quality synthetic temperature  resistant fibers, which is suitable for the pneumatic conveying chute of cement, alumina and other powders. It is often used to transport cement and raw material powder in the cement industry.

Let's learn about the installation method :

1. When installing the air slide, the slope should be strictly guaranteed. The above and lower groove connecting flanges are the reference plane, and the tolerance is 1/1000 (the accumulation error should be in the direction of increasing the slope). The transverse unevenness of the tank is 1/4500 of the width.

2. The breathable layer of textiles should be kept in a clean and dry place. When installing, do not stick oil and water. When discharging, the length of the breathable layer is 0.5m longer than the slope, and the width is 1.5cm wider than the flange of the shell. After vertical tension, the upper shell is installed. At this time, try to tighten horizontally. When there are grooves and three-way and four-way grooves, in order to maintain uniform air permeability, the indirect head of the layer should be staggered and the joints should be tight. When installing, first install the upper shell at the joint, and then tighten the ends.

3. The installation of air slide is strictly required, and no air leakage and ash leakage is allowed. The design is considered to be sealed with simple and easy-to-use asbestos rope. According to the specific situation, asbestos rope with lead oil, blanket mat, rubber strip and other methods can also be used.

4. The maintenance door, three-way groove, four-way groove, peep window, air interception valve and other components should be checked and adjusted to make it flexible in operation. When it is tightly closed, the rubber gate of the air interception valve should be repeatedly shaped in contact with the breathable layer, and strive to match.

The air slide must have uniform and stable permeability, low resistance, power saving, easy to install, and convenient maintenance. When running, it does not collapse, does not arch, does not leak powder, and does not pollute the environment. The air chute cloth is mainly used for air conveying chute, homogenization library inflatable box and the bottom breathable layer of the warehouse. It is also suitable for the pneumatic conveying device of powdery materials and granular materials in metallurgy, chemical, electric power and other industries.
