Product Description
This dry laminating machine is used for laminating two base films to a composite tape by applying glue on first base film. After applying glue, the glued film will pass through a sectional structure oven to make the glue drying. Then on the other end of the laminator, the second base film is unwound to be laminated with the first base film. The aluminum PET foil is produced with this laminating line.

1. Vertical structure, drying oven is set on top of machine, unwind and wind station are inside under the oven. Easy for operationg and reduce space occupation.
3. A recycle pump is equipped with the glue basin to make the glue flowing all the time and prevent from concreting. Glue basin is lifting by a pneumatic cylinder. When laminating work finishes, glue basin falls down and seperate from mesh roller. Then operator can clean the mesh roller more easily.
4. Both unwinding and winding ends are equipped with EPC device to ensure aligned laminating and winding.
1. How to adjust the laminating width?
The laminating width is defined by the rubber pressure roller on top of the mesh roller. When need to laminate different widths of tape, you need to prepare the same widths of rubber rollers accordingly.
Yes, if in field installation and commissioning requested, we can send well trained staff to the buyers' place. The buyer should pay the round way tickets and accomodation costs.
3. How do you do aftersale service?
Firstly we need the users to report the detailed situation of the machine performance by video call or email. If only software / program problem, we can solve the issue by remote computer assistance. If any hardwares need to be replaced, we will send the replacement. Freight should be paid from the user side.

Yes, almost all these kinds of machines are made according to the buyer's request. Firstly we need to study customer's request details, and then make the offer accordingly.
5. How to select the EPC sensor options?
Normally non-transparent tape suits to using photoelectric sensor, transparent tape uses untrasonic sensor. Sure we can provide both. The cost is not much.
6. How to select tension control options?
For adhesive tapes, it's better to use tapering type tension control. Automatic tension sensor is good for unwinding smooth low tolerance tape materials.
