Product Description
The machine is applicable to die casting of non-ferrous metals with low melting point such as Zn (Zinc) and Pb (Plumbum). It's a machine which is used in casting not only aluminum but also zinc and some other metals. For brass and copper casting, please refer to our products JD-AB500 and JD-AB400. It is widely used in various industries including automobile and motorcycle parts, meters and instruments, daily-use hardware, and household appliances.

The machine is controlled by industrial level microcomputer. The die casting process parameters can be set up through the person-machine interface and import proportional oveflow valve ensure easy operation of parameter and program setup. The injection system uses large-caliber logic, ensuring die-casting parts have high quality. The machine has remote machine control and trouble locating functions.

The machine is equipped with import electronic and hydraulic parts, ensuring a reliable and safe whole-machine performance, it is advanced type of die casting machine within our country at present.
