1) The evaporative condenser is one of the most important parts of the whole refrigeration system.

2) The condenser condenses the refrigerant gas inside the coil and complete a heat exchange circle.

3) The evaporative condenser is widely applied to cold storage, ice-store, chemical industry, supermarket and etc.

 Details 

1) Tube Type : joint pipe 

2) Thickness : Stainless steel is 1.2mm . hot dip galvanized is 1.5mm . also can be designed as customer's requirement .

3) Test pressure : 25 bar . The test pressure and design pressure all can be make as customer's requirement .

Our tube is designed to be oval tube but not circular tube ,the advantage as following :

1)Oval tube can Decrease inner diameter of heat exchange tube wiith more compact tube arrangement can increase 65% of the heat exchange area in the same volume .

2) Special oval tube ensure a better contacting of water on the outer surface of tubes .also can make the form tighter ,less filling rate of liquid and less air flow resistance.

 How to make the condenser coil 

The pipe will be assembled first ,then pressure test ,then nature dry ,then be hot dip galvanized ..

 Condenser coil Working 

1)The coil section rejects heat through the fresh air evaporating ,on the other side is through the sensible heat effect of pre-cooled circulating spray water .

2)Reducing the coils' evaporative cooling effect is helpful to reduce the possibility of the coils surface scaling
