The reactionary force of the cleaning liquid rotates the Model Rotary PTFE spray nozzles. When combining the nozzle's  multiple solid stream orifice configuration, and this rotating motion, a solid stream spray for quick and effective automated cleaning of tanks,vessels,containers,and equipment is produced. SInce no external power source is required to rotate the nozzles. They are especially well suited for clean-in-place systems. The PTFE spray nozzles offer exceptional performance in low-pressure cleaning and rising applications.

 
Constructed of PTFE

       fluoropolymer resin making them perfect for use in harsh chemical      and corrosive environments.

Maximum operating temperature of 200°F(93°C)
Spray angles range from 180° to 360°
1/2", 3/4", 1",2", and 3" threaded inlet connections(NPT or BSPT)
Flow rates range from 4 to 391 gpm(15 to 1480l/min)
Pressures range from 10 to 50 psi(.7 to 3.5 bar)

1:Can the products be customized?
Yes, we accept OEM, just send us your layout or actual sample, we can arrange production according your design.

2:Is the MOQ fixed ? For mass production orders,the MOQ cannot be lowered according to production requirements.For stock items,order quantity can be negotible.

Different products and quantities have different procedures and different timing,normally it needs about 7-14 working days.

7:How to return?
Acceptable to the returns when you receive the products because of the following reasons. 1. Product was damaged, lost or missed 2. Different specification from required one. Before ordering, please select a suitable product for you. As you know, all of us don't expect the return. If your return is the result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping for returns not due to our error.
