Characteristic
IGBT mini melting furnaces can be used for molten metal melting anywhere: jewelry design and manufacturing plants, or even offices with the correct ventilation, where fuel systems cannot or are not allowed to operate in these non-industrial environments. This is because the IGBT system has the advantages of being clean, efficient, simple to operate and almost noise-free. The cooling requirements of the system are low and can be achieved by connecting to available water and drain lines or a self-contained compact cooling unit. This noise-free, compact induction power supply unit is available in a power configuration of 7.5-30 kW and can be equipped with an integrated single crucible furnace.
