Dark beer, also known as stout beer, typically features a coffee-brown or black-brown hue. With an original wort concentration of 12 degrees and an alcohol content exceeding 4.5%, its liquid emphasizes the aroma of malt and malt char, offering a rich, slightly sweet taste with a subtle hop bitterness. This beer primarily uses charred malt and black malt as ingredients, with a lesser amount of hops. It is brewed through a lengthy process of mashing to achieve a high concentration of sugars.
 
 

 
 
Introduction to Liquor

Overall Impression: A dark beer blending malt aroma with moderate hop bitterness, featuring a light body, dryness, smoothness, absence of burnt flavors, and a subtle finish that makes it easy to drink.

Aroma: Hints of malt sweetness and roasted malt flavors black caramel notes may be present, with roasted characteristics revealing hints of black chocolate or coffee. Minor spicy, floral, or hop aromas are also detectable.

Appearance: Color ranges from medium to black brown, often with hints of deep ruby or pomegranate hues, rarely pure black. It boasts a clean, persistent tan-brown foam.
Taste: Light to moderate malt flavors, with appropriate or moderately rich bread and malt notes. Light to moderate roasted malt provides a sustained bitter chocolate taste rather than burnt flavors. Moderate low to moderate bitterness persists to the finish. There are light to moderate spicy, vegetal, and hoppy flavors. Fermentation is thorough. The finish gradually reveals a dry mouthfeel that persists, complementing the hop bitterness.
