This machine is used to assemble the latex tube with hanging edge(Vibrating bowl select material ), white connector and needle. The connect should glue the alcohol as assembly lubricant.

 

When assemble the latex tube with connector, use the alcohol as lubricant for assembly.

After assemble the latex tube with connector, use the photoelectric switch check if the connector is assembled.

The testing pass, assemble the needle to the connector. Testing if the connector is with needle. Separate the unqualified products.

1. This equipment automatically assembles and glues 3-part, 4-part latex tube.
2.This machine adopts Japanese OMRON PLC circuit control, Taiwan WEINVIEW touch screen operation, optical fiber photoelectric detection, automatic stop when there is no material, and open when there is material.
