Product Description



THS2 series offer excellent isolation performance in both horizontal/vertical level.

The dual chamber system of THS2 consisits of an air chamber and a damping chameber connected by two orifices,which can effectively reduce the isolation transmitted, shorten the settling time of the platform and lower the Natural frequency.

If higher level of repeatability and better Isolation performance is required, the precision leveling valve with repeatability of 0.05mm can be equipped with the vibration isolation system.

THS2 pneumatic isolators incorporating the built-in oil damper can shorten the settling time of the equipment with linear stage, and increase the stiffness of the platform.
