Auto self cleaning double decks linear vibrating screen (Dzsf525-2)
Introduction
DZSF model linear vibration screen (vibrating sieve or sifter machine) is suitable for screening all of dry material (from 0.074mm to 20 mm) or mesh size (from 2-600 mesh)
1.It supports at most 6 layers.But 3 layers at most is highly recommended.
2.The dimension size and voltage are both supported to be customized.
3.The largest screening area can arrive to 2000mm*4000mm.
4.The motors is mounted below screening box.
5.In general, its inclined angle is 0~10°.
6.It has 4 available material, all stainless steel 304 or 316 or touching part SUS304 or carbon steel Q235A.
7.The voltage is supported to be customized.220/240/380/415/450V are all available.50 or 60Hz.1 or 3 phase.
8.With large capacity, small volume, high screening efficiency, high frequency, easily changed screen and good safe performance.
9.It is widely used for screening, grading and filtering, separating and classifying and sieving of powders, pellets, granule.
10.It has been used in food, chemical, construction, paper-making, metallurgy and mining, abrasive and ceramic industry etc.
11.It is composed of vibration motor, basement support, screen frame, inlet and outlets, dust-proof cover.
