Application:

Used for automatic dumping of acid after the formation of automotive lead-acid batteries

Functions:

Automatically separate the battery to calculate the numbers, set the process parameters, the device shifts, and the cross acid dumping frame rotates 90 degrees and then the battery pusher works again to achieve dumping of acid.

Features:

The machine uses the microcomputer as the control core, and the touch screen sets parameters such as acid dumping stop time and battery quantity (automatic adjustment). Stainless steel frame, cross acid dumping frame (four working stations) is made of stainless steel 2205 material. The key components are domestic and foreign famous brand products and advanced acid and wear-resistant materials.
