This butyl coating machine is special equipment at domestic and abroad with the top technology gluing on both sides of the aluminum spacer, with uniform coating, adhesive capacity, fast speed, high production efficiency. Adjust the distance between two glue nozzle automatically. Adjust the glue output automatically according to running speed. It has the advantage of long service life and high degree of automation, etc.
Main features
1. It can coat on both sides of rectangular and special-shaped aluminum frame.
2. Precise automatic control glue, gluing evenly on both sides.
2. Adopts PLC control system with touch screen interface.
3. Imported gas liquid pressurization system, with even stability of pressure.
4. Adjust the glue output quantity automatically according to running speed changes.
5. Automatically adjust the distance between two glue nozzles according to the width of aluminum frame.
6. The height of conveyor belt can be gradually adjusted 0-7mm to adapt to different specifications of the aluminum spacer height.
7. The glue jar warning system will work when the butyl is used up.
8. Timing boot for 24 hours, save preheat time.
