YXZX25 automatic carton Packer machine is a new generation of carton packaging machinery with independent intellectual property rights, widely suitable for the packaging industry, and high efficiency and environmental protection, which is independently developed by our company on the basis of digesting and absorbing foreign advanced technologies and combining with the national conditions of our country. The one-piece carton wrapping machine is composed of an automatic bottle feeding part, automatic bottle separating mechanism, automatic paper feeding mechanism, automatic origami mechanism, automatic adhesive spraying mechanism, etc. According to the customer's packaging requirements, the products can be accurately grouped; at the same time, the paper feeding mechanism will synchronously send the packaging paperboard under the products arranged, and then the automatic origami mechanism and the automatic glue spraying and bonding mechanism will coordinate to complete the final packaging of the products; each mechanism will be completed by the servo-electric machine and the mechanical mechanism to ensure that each box of products meets the requirements of the finished product packaging.

The paper feeding mechanism is to store the paperboard and send the paperboard to the transmission chain of the case sealing machine one by one according to the demand. The upper part is equipped with a mechanism for testing the storage capacity of the paperboard so that when the storage capacity is less than a certain amount, the system prompts the operator to add the paperboard. The rotating arm mechanism is driven by the rotation of the motor to draw the paperboard (vacuum is generated by the vacuum starting component), and the paperboard is drawn one by one from the stored paperboard bin and sent to the paperboard guide slot on the transmission chain.

Automatic glue spraying device
The glue machine, hose, and gun adopt internationally famous brands with stable performance and reliable quality assurance. Manually add hot melt adhesive (granular) to the glue box of the glue machine, and use it after the hot melt adhesive melts.

An automatic tray bonding device
1. When the cardboard is dropped by the cardboard suction mechanism, the cardboard is folded into a box shape through a set of forming baffles. When the paperboard falls, the paperboard can be folded to complete the initial folding of the paperboard.
2. When the carton is in the second position, the pushing mechanism pushes the accumulated bottles into the carton.
3. The carton runs to the third station, where the cylinder drives the rotating arm to complete the forming of the folding edge on both sides of the carton.
4. During the operation of the carton to the fourth station, the hot melt glue spraying system completes the glue spraying work. Spray the specified number of beads on each side.
5. When the carton is fixed and positioned by the back-pressing device, the side-pressing plates are pushed by the side-pressing cylinders on both sides to complete the carton forming.
