1. Cashew shelling machine, the equipment is placed on a horizontal ground, connected to a voltage of 380v, three-phase electricity. Turn on the power supply, check whether the motor is running in the forward direction before starting the machine, and run in the direction of the white arrow.
2. Adjust the distance between the guide rail and the blade according to the cashew specifications. Adjust the distance between the upper and lower clamping bodies according to the size of the cashews, adjust bolt 4, and the distance between the clamping bodies should be 3-4mm less than the width of the cashews.
3. Put the cashews into the hopper and start working. Check whether the cashews are cut. If not, adjust blades 1 and 2 until the cashews are cut.
4. During the operation of the equipment, there are heavy fruits (two cashews) in the feeding plate slot, and adjust the brush 3 downward.
5. The blade is a consumable part and needs to be sharpened again after a period of use.
6. Check the tightness of the chain regularly. If the chain is too loose, it will cause damage to the equipment. The chain should be oiled once every 30 days.
7. Precautions: Do not mix hard objects such as stones into the raw materials to prevent damage to the equipment.
