Automatic Brick Production Line

The line is mainly composed of cement silo,hopper, conveyor, mixer, brick press machine, face-color machine,stacker, etc.
The process of the entire line is, weigh the raw materials by the hopper→send them to the mixer by the conveyor→ mixing→put the mixed material into the mould→distributing the surface material→pressing brick→ stacking→ store for 8 hours in curing area.
