A special design to solve the request to pack the products in cases. This machine including case opening device, which realizes the whole functions of case erecting, case packing and case sealing. It can also be used with the individual case erector.
Characteristics:
1. Multi-functions, including goods sorter, goods stacker, case erector, case filler and case sealer etc.;
2. Wide application, suitable for sachet, carton, bottle,folding products etc. to pack into the cases as single layer or multi-layer.
The packing line automatically stacks, erects, loads, seals and palletizes cases of various specifications according to the required numbers of products to be packed. The robot arm (optional) picks and places the product into the case after stacking. The case will be sealed after loading, and labeling, scanning ,robot palletizing,Automatic film winding package.
The production line integrates and streamlines the end-of-line packaging process, featuring high degree of automation, intuitive operation and small footprint, well accepted as a typical product of advanced technology integrating end-of-line functions in China.
