1 .Solid steel plate and gear boxes ensure levels of vibration are kept to a minimum in operation.
2.Precision running gear in all critical areas maintains reliability and quiet operation
3.Comprehensive level of sensing equipment in the tie feed, back frame, stay-feed and through-process sensors.
These sensors pick up faults and missing wire which allows the machine to be confidently run with minimal supervision.
4.Auto Wire-Stripping-Table releases finished rolls to the pickup zone and re-sets for windup allows for the easy removal of any type of roll.
5.Setup allows minimum line wire spacing of 3" and produces a tight strong fence highly suitable
for security,horse and pig fencing applications with the Fixed Knot, through to 48" for economy fences.
6.Replacement components available on request, with an extensive range of parts stocked and ready for direct shipment.
7.Automated Crimp Drum and Dual Stay Wire feed allows for rapid changeovers where frequent specification changes are required
