Automatic Grinding Steel Ball Separate and Sort Machine

The production mode is designed to concentrate cleaning, separation, and sorting after the casting grinding ball is cooled. Mechanical equipment is utilized to complete tasks such as sand cleaning, separation, sorting, and conveying. Each departmental equipment operates independently, employing PLC automation control. Taking advantage of the different friction coefficients and inertia characteristics of casting balls with different specifications and runners, the system utilizes clever mechanical structures. Subsequently, distinct sorting parameters are set for casting balls of different specifications. The design achieves a production capacity of 5t/h (using φ80 grinding balls as an example). Except for the inspection platform, all other equipment is installed underground, with soundproof cover plates and dust removal environmental protection equipment in place to enhance the working environment.
